Carlos got his start in the film industry as a writer and producer for two fan productions, //Star Trek: Hidden Frontier// and //Star Trek: New Voyages//. He is now a partner in Los Angeles-based Blue Seraph Productions. His third feature film is currently screening in film festivals across the globe.
